ZENZ is registered with PETA Cruelty-Free and does not test on animals.
PETA, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, is the largest animal rights organization in the world. With the PETA Cruelty-Free label, they work against animal testing in the beauty industry – a practice that is still legal in some parts of the world.
Companies using the rabbit logo from PETA Cruelty-Free have signed PETA's assurance statement, confirming that they do not conduct tests on ingredients, formulas, or finished products on animals, and they promise not to do so in the future.
Companies listed on PETA's Cruelty-Free list must ensure that no animal testing is conducted by any party, in any country, or under any circumstances for the product that holds the license. The same applies to the ingredients in the product. PETA Cruelty-Free therefore allows no form of animal testing – including for products exported to China, testing under REACH, or other cases.
ZENZ is certified as a cruelty-free brand by PETA and is listed on PETA's list of companies that do not test on animals. We are also part of PETA's Beauty Without Bunnies program.
ZENZ chose PETA Cruelty-Free because:
PETA is an internationally recognized organization that, like ZENZ, wants to produce beauty products without harming animals. Because we sell our products to countries where animal testing is still legal, we believe it is important to make our stance on animal testing visible.
