Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of Products
When you make a purchase of products on zenzorganicshop.com, operated by ZENZ Organic Products ApS (hereinafter referred to as ZENZ), you simultaneously accept the terms and conditions below.
These terms apply in cases where no other written agreements have been made between you and ZENZ. We recommend that you read these terms carefully before shopping on zenzorganicshop.com. As a customer, it is your responsibility to stay up to date with the applicable terms and conditions.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ZENZ reserves the right to revise and change these terms and conditions from time to time. Changed terms will not be announced separately, only updated on this page. You will be subject to the terms and conditions that apply at the time you place an order with us, unless the change is due to us being legally obligated, or required by governmental intervention, to change our terms. In such cases, previous orders placed by you will be subject to these updated terms.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Purchases of goods on zenzorganicshop.com are governed by Danish law. Any dispute will be settled by the ordinary Danish courts.

AGE LIMIT FOR SHOPPING ON ZENZORGANICSHOP.COM
To shop on zenzorganicshop.com, you must be at least 18 years old. By placing an order, you automatically confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are shopping with the consent of your guardian.
OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY
www.zenzorganicshop.com is, as far as possible, open for shopping 24 hours a day. Interruptions may occur, for example due to system updates from our IT provider. This type of minor interruption will generally not be announced. Longer system updates will be announced to recipients of the ZENZ newsletter.
ORDERING GOODS
You select the products you wish to buy and add them to the virtual "shopping cart" by clicking "add to cart." You can continuously adjust the contents of your shopping cart, as well as check the contents and keep track of the price of all selected items. Any additional costs for shipping and payment card fees will only be calculated and added to the total amount immediately before you pay. When you are ready to place your order, click "go to checkout," after which you will be asked to enter your full name, address, email, phone number, and select a payment and delivery method. NOTE! Your order is processed immediately, so you should pay extra attention before completing your order. If you happen to make a mistake when placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@zenzorganicshop.com, and customer service will help you. Always remember to check your order before approving payment.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
When you have placed an order with ZENZ, you will receive a receipt confirming that we have received your order. Please note that a binding purchase agreement is only made once you have received a confirmation that the order has been accepted and the goods have been shipped. We reserve the right to reject your order. This may be due to the item no longer being in stock, or if your payment has not been completed, either due to technical errors or incorrectly entered information, etc. ZENZ cannot be held liable for rejected or cancelled orders. Likewise, no compensation is given for orders that are rejected.
PAYMENT
Payments on zenzorganicshop.com are made using credit card. You are responsible for ensuring that the credit card information provided is correct. Credit card information is transmitted via zenzorganicshop.com to PBS over a secure and encrypted SSL connection. ZENZ therefore does not have access to your payment card details. Your card is only charged at the moment the goods are shipped, and a shipping confirmation has been sent to you by email. We reserve the right regarding sold-out items or errors in stock status. If an ordered item is not in stock and therefore cannot be delivered, the item will be removed from your order and the amount for that item will not be charged to your card.
PRICES
All prices on www.zenzorganicshop.com include 25% VAT and are stated in Norwegian kroner. ZENZ may change prices without notice. However, the prices you see on zenzorganicshop.com will be the ones applicable at the time of purchase, subject to errors and omissions.
DISCOUNT CODES
When using discount codes, only 1 discount code can be used at a time, unless otherwise stated. Discount codes cannot be used on already reduced items, annual haircut cards, discount cards, gift cards, or various gift packages and special offers. If you forget to use your discount code when ordering, you cannot subsequently have your discount refunded. The discount code can, however, be used on your next order if the deadline has not expired.
DELIVERY
We offer free shipping within Denmark (Europe, Greenland, the Faroe Islands, and other foreign countries excepted) — unless the minimum order amount of €40 / SEK 445 has not been reached, the order contains sale items, you have chosen home delivery, or a discount code has been used. When using discount codes, ordering sale items, or choosing delivery to your home or business address, a shipping fee will be added. All orders are shipped with Bring, unless otherwise specifically agreed between the buyer and ZENZ. The package is sent without home delivery to the nearest parcel shop, unless otherwise agreed. Bring will notify you as soon as your package is ready for pickup at the parcel shop. You can always choose to have your package delivered to your address by paying an additional fee. Please note that deliveries to non-bridge-connected islands in Denmark and abroad may take longer.
At ZENZ, we strive for fast delivery. All orders are sent within 4-7 business days after the order has been processed. During sales periods, longer delivery times should be expected. ZENZ cannot be held liable for delays caused by our shipping partner. Please note that packages sent to a parcel shop are usually only stored for a limited period, after which they are returned to ZENZ. It is your responsibility to collect your package in time.
ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR ORDER
Can I change my order? Unfortunately, you cannot change your order, as the shipping process begins just a few minutes after you have placed your order.
When can I expect to receive my order? We always do our best to ensure your order arrives within 4-7 business days. However, during holidays and peak periods, you can expect a longer delivery time of up to 10 business days. You will be able to follow the entire process, as Bring will send an email with a tracking number so you can follow your order all the way to you. Once your order has been placed and the shipping process is underway, it is therefore best to contact Bring directly, as the process is out of our hands at that point in order handling.

RISK FOR THE GOODS
The risk for goods ordered on zenzorganicshop.com transfers to you once the 14-day right of withdrawal has expired from the date of receipt. If the item is damaged after you have received it, you retain your right of withdrawal if the damage is not due to negligence or lack of care on your part. Remember to keep the original packaging, as the item must be returned in its original packaging in the event of a complaint or damage claim.
CUSTOMS AND VAT
If you order from an EU country, Danish VAT is charged, but no customs duty applies under the rules on free movement of goods. Items shipped from ZENZ cannot be sent as a gift to countries outside the EU in an attempt to avoid local customs duties and taxes.
If you order from a country outside the EU, local taxes and customs duties may be applied, for which ZENZ cannot be held liable, but Danish VAT will be deducted in return. If this is the case, you will be contacted by the shipping company. Please note that this may delay shipment considerably, as the goods will be held at customs. It is then your responsibility to contact the shipping company and pay any additional costs incurred.
14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
When you shop on zenzorganicshop.com, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which means you have 14 days to notify us that you wish to cancel the purchase and then return the item to us. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, Danish Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following business day. In the case of several different items ordered in one order but delivered separately, the period runs from the receipt of the last item. Remember that you are obligated to return the item in essentially the same condition and quantity as received. This also applies to the packaging and information labels on the item. In some cases, if the item has been opened, bacteria may form, reducing its shelf life. If the item has deteriorated after receipt, a reasonable percentage will be deducted from the item's original price. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by an unambiguous statement no later than 14 days after receiving the item. You must therefore notify us by email at info@zenzorganicshop.com before returning an item.
COMPLAINTS
Your purchase is at all times covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including the rules on defects. Any errors or defects in products delivered from zenzorganicshop.com must be reported no later than 2 months after you have discovered the defect. It is your obligation to state, and upon request demonstrate, how the error or defect manifests itself. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging conduct. As a general rule, you can only complain about defects that appear within 2 years of receiving the item. For items with a limited shelf life, your right to complain is limited by the shelf-life period stated at the time of purchase. Where possible, the item will be replaced. INCORRECTLY DELIVERED ITEM
If you have received an incorrect item compared to what you ordered, please contact us by email at info@zenzorganicshop.com. In your email, please state the order reference number, your name and address, phone number, product details, and the reason for the requested return or exchange. We strive to respond to your inquiry within 48 hours. In our response, we will advise on how the further return process should proceed. If the error is confirmed by us, you will either receive a new item or have the purchase amount refunded.
RETURNS
If you wish to cancel your purchase Remember to notify us by email at info@zenzorganicshop.com before sending items back.
When returning an item, please ensure it is securely packaged. You are responsible for the item until we receive your returned package. Always keep your receipt and tracking number. You must pay the costs of returning the item yourself when cancelling a purchase. We expect you to send the item as soon as possible after notifying us of the cancellation. Remember that you must send the return package no later than 14 days after you have cancelled the purchase.
Please note! We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery, or packages sent without home delivery that can only be picked up at a parcel shop. Please note that there is not always someone at our address to receive packages. We recommend sending with Postnord or GLS so that we can subsequently collect the package from the nearest parcel shop in cases where we are not present to receive it.
Returns can also be made by refusing to accept delivery. It is a great help if complete information accompanies the package - for example, a copy of the order confirmation and any copies of prior correspondence, etc.
Returns for uncollected packages: The buyer pays the return costs of SEK 60 / €10,95 for uncollected packages. SEK 60 / €10,95 will therefore be deducted from the refund amount.

REFUNDS
When we receive your returned item, we inspect it, and you will then be refunded the amount you paid us for the purchase, provided the item is unused and in resalable condition. The amount will always be transferred to the same payment method you used for the purchase. If you paid by card, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment card you used. According to consumer regulations, the amount must be refunded within 14 days of receiving the item. However, we always strive to refund the money immediately upon receipt. Please note that you may lose your purchase amount in whole or in part. This happens if the value of the item has been diminished because:
- you have actually used the item
- the label has been partially or fully removed, or is missing
- the item has been damaged while in your care
- you have handled the item in a manner other than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and how it works.
If you have used the item beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and how it works, we reserve the right, based on a specific assessment in each case, to reduce the refund or to withhold it entirely.

By using zenzorganicshop.com, you accept that we use cookies. A cookie is a small data file placed on your computer to keep track of what happens during your visit and to recognize your computer. A cookie is NOT a program and does NOT contain viruses. Our cookies cannot read data from your computer's hard drive or read cookies created by other websites you have visited.
