All orders are shipped with Bring, unless otherwise specifically agreed between the buyer and ZENZ. The package is sent without home delivery to the nearest parcel shop, unless otherwise agreed. Bring will notify you as soon as your package is ready for pickup at the parcel shop. You can always choose to have your package delivered to your address by paying an additional fee. Please note that deliveries to non-bridge-connected islands in Denmark and abroad may take longer.

At ZENZ, we strive for fast delivery. All orders are sent within 4-7 business days after the order has been processed. During sales periods, longer delivery times should be expected. ZENZ cannot be held liable for delays caused by our shipping partner. Please note that packages sent to a parcel shop are usually only stored for a limited period, after which they are returned to ZENZ. It is your responsibility to collect your package in time.

Voordat je jouw haar kleurt, is het raadzaam om een strengtest uit te voeren op een verborgen gedeelte. Kies de lichtste streng of het gebied met de meeste grijze haren. Draag handschoenen. Mengverhouding 1:3 (1 deel poeder + 3 delen kokend water, groene of zwarte thee, koffie of gefermenteerd zuivelproduct). Breng de kleur met een kwast of uw handen royaal en zo warm mogelijk aan op schoon, droog haar. Begin bij de punten en werk naar boven toe. Wikkel het haar in plasticfolie (plastic zak) en een handdoek om het warm en vochtig te houden. Verwerkingstijd: 25-90 minuten, afhankelijk van de gewenste kleurintensiteit. Spoel het haar grondig uit en was het met shampoo. Voor het beste resultaat, spoel het na het wassen en voor het aanbrengen van de conditioner uit met ZENZ Hair & Scalp Rinse No. 87. Bewaar het op een koele, droge en donkere plaats.

Please note:

• Mahogany, Chocolate, Espresso: Not recommended for light/blonde to light brown hair (lighter than level 6) or grey hair.

• Champagne, Pumpkin, Mahogany, Chocolate, Espresso: Contain the ingredient Indigo and may therefore change within 48 hours after colouring. The result will become more even once oxidized.

• Bleach on botanical hair colours: If you colour your hair with ZENZ plant-based hair colour containing Indigo (Champagne, Pumpkin, Mahogany, Chocolate, Espresso), it is not recommended to lighten the hair afterwards. Remember to inform your hairdresser which colours you have used in your hair.

• Nordic Shades on botanical hair colours: It is possible to use ZENZ Nordic Shades on top of ZENZ plant-based hair colour, but not in lighter shades. Remember to inform your hairdresser which colours you have used in your hair.

• Grey hair: It is important to note that grey hair will not achieve the same colour as the rest of the hair with botanical dyes. Grey hair may take on the colour very warmly and can become yellowish or greenish. Dark results are almost impossible to achieve. Repeated treatments may be required.
